I have forgotten my Userid or Password. What to I do?

Send us an email from your MAIN CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS that we have on file for you. Any emails to us requesting this kind of support MUST be from this address for us to initiate any changes.

Where do I change my MAIN CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS and what is it?

It is the primary email address you gave us when you opened your account with us. At the top of your CPanel control panel, there is a link to change your contact email address. We cannot emphasize enough, how important it is to keep this up to date. Preferably, it SHOULD NOT be in the same domain as your hosting package, as if there is something wrong with your account, we will be unable to contact you.

I have a LARGE MAILBOX service with you. I tried to send an email to a friend, but it has been returned to me with a message saying the SPAM FILTER or CONTENT FILTER rejected it. Why is this?
